Are you a mother with one or more children under the age of ten? If you’re anything like me then you’re feeling fairly exhausted. There have been lots of good things that have happened over the last year, but you’re tired and weary. You’ve lost a bit of your sparkle, and you’d love to get it back
Well, I have something to help! The first ebook I published is called “Cultivating Joyfulness: 12 Tips for the Busy, Weary Mother”. It was inspired by a collection of blog posts I wrote a few years ago on Grace to Abide, which proved to be so popular I decided to put them all together, expand on them a bit, and make them available in book form.
It’s available for Kindle on Amazon for just £1.99!

What people are saying:
(5 stars) Highly recommend this book, written in a very encouraging, supportive and non judgemental style. Easy to read and digest as its written in 12 short, accessible chapters. As well as being great for a Mum to read on her own, could imagine this book being used as a parenting course (or a great excuse for a group of mums to meet once a month (a chapter a month?) for a cuppa and natter). Great value too!
Five stars, a must-read for mums of young children! As an always busy often weary mother of young children I can highly recommend this! Thank you Catherine for sharing your advice and experiences in such a well written book. It’s short and easy to read in a couple of days too which makes it all the easier to digest!
(5 stars) This is a great book for Mother’s who may need a gentle reminder that helping their children grow into loving, kind and responsible adults is the greatest joy imaginable. Motherhood is not easy but the rewards are great. Some of the tips written in this book would also be helpful to caregivers who are responsible for the care of the elderly or disabled.
